Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do.

A confirmation email with information about the shipping process and your order will be sent out as soon as we begin processing payment.

Processing Time

Processing time of payment and preparing orders for shipment usually takes 1-3 business days.

Tracking Number

Shipping update emails containing tracking numbers are sent out to the email address associated with the order on the day the package ships.

How long will my order take to deliver?

For the US citizens, your order will take between 7 to 14 days to arrive in your country once your order is dispatched. Worldwide, the shipping varies between 7-14 days in Europe, outside Europe often 10-30 days but it could be up to 30 days in rare cases. You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 3 to 5 days business days of ordering.

**Please contact us if packages do not arrive within the estimated delivery range for your country. You will be issued a refund or we will ship another product, depending on your preference. This only happens after the delivery range has been exceeded. As a reminder, these times are for shipping. You will need to add 3 days to all estimates to account for the order processing time.
